We have been using the Notice & Events Manager Software program at our school for the past 2 years and in that time it has become an integral part of our daily operation. It allows us to commuincate effectively with all staff without the use of paper and provides a permanent record, backed up daily, for the auditor. The calendar function is a vital part of our school planning and communication process.

This program is easy to use and has been readily accepted and adopted by staff, many of whom have opted to have the notices emailed to their home address. The backup and support provided by Austsoftware has been prompt, informative and professional.

I would be recommending that this program be adopted by any organisation that I worked with in the future.

Notice and Events Manager software is an easy to use tool to help your school organise the important day to day operations. It is really simple to use and and makes the time consuming job of entering daily notices and managing school events a whole lot easier, providing you with time to concentrate on the important part of your job. I have recently moved to a new school which didn't have the software, introducing them to the Notice and Events Manager software was the first thing I did and it has made a real difference.
